Seat and Backrest Units

Seating and back units of the seats are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds designed in accordance with human anatomy, in compliance with 50 + - 10% density and Mvss 302 fire standards.

Inside the seat and back pads, there is durable steel frame.

Seats are fixed, there is no tip up mechanism.

Legs and Armrest Units

The foot unit of the seats are manufactured from 100 mm diameter and 2.5 mm tube, and the floor connection parts are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, by giving form and strength.

Plastic armrests with a cupholder mounted on steel frame arms that are durable and resistant to impact.

Vinyl padding on top of armrests provides extra comfort .

Seats share common arms in between.

Seats are fixed onto the floor with given assembly materials.

Fabric or Vinyl

Vinyl used for upholstery ( produced from %80 polyurethane , %20 polyester) is resistant to friction, fire and UV.

Friction resistance : min. 40.000 cycles. Weight : : 550 gr/m²

Seats and back foams of the seats are upholstered with vinyl of specified specifications and durable plastic cover is mounted underneath both units.
